Changes

  • Pause palette redraw during syntax recoloring so typing MAR0 does not flash a full-text selection.
  • Add the Elijah K. dedication to README and About.
  • Add per-user startup settings and an installer startup option; use LISS Technologies paths without settings migration.
  • Add the KeyPaste-branded WiX MSI and unsigned Windows package build.

Verification needed

  • Run Forgejo Windows CI and inspect the unsigned MSI/ZIP output.
  • Test the installer UI and paths on Windows.
  • Reproduce MAR0 in the existing release and confirm the flash is gone in the candidate.
